We want to make sure your tour experience is as enjoyable as possible, so here are a few details to keep in mind when booking:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know at least seven days before your tour date. We’ll be happy to refund your fee.
If for any reason, you’re unable to make it to your tour, we’re sorry but we can’t offer refunds.
Sometimes, unexpected things happen that are beyond our control. If we need to cancel or change your tour because of weather or safety concerns, we’ll do our best to let you know as soon as possible.
On a really rare occassion, we may need to cancel tours if we don’t have enough participants. We’ll let you know as soon as possible if this is the case.
Payment is due at the time of booking, but if you need a different arrangement, just let us know.
We’ll do our best to make sure your tour is available, but please keep in mind that things can change.
We want you to have a great time, but please keep an eye on your personal belongings and valuables during the tour.
We’ll be ready for you at the scheduled time, so please try to be on time too. If we’re late it means that other passengers were not at their meeting point on time and this causes an added delay as we go along.
If you have any physical or medical conditions that could affect your tour, please let us know. We want to make sure you’re safe and comfortable.
Our tour guides are experts and they’ll make sure you have a great time, please follow their instructions.
Dress for the weather, and be prepared for the tour.
Please be aware that food, drinks and souvenirs are not included in the tour cost unless otherwise stated in the actual tour page.
We may take pictures or videos during the tour for marketing and promotional purposes, but if you’re not comfortable with that please let us know.
We may change these terms and conditions from time to time, but we’ll let you know if that happens.
For your own comfort and safety, we may need to change the route due to roadworks or harsh weather conditions, etc.
